When applying for a property to rent with Marchside we require all tenants to complete application forms that will be provided to you at the time of viewing a property. We also require a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent plus £200. An initial holding deposit of £200 is required up front to secure the property. Once the references are completed successfully the holding deposit will be put towards your security deposit. The full security deposit and your first month’s rent will be due on or before the date of entry. Your deposit will be kept in a government approved deposit holding scheme.
